Welcome to my homepage!
I live as a freelance double bass player in Bremen and am active in various line-ups and genres. I have already had the great pleasure of playing with artists such as Verneri Pohjola, Thomas Rückert, Frederik Köster, Uli Beckerhoff, Bertram Lehmann, Matthias Nadolny, Charlotte Greve, Martin Classen, Wolfgang Bleibel, Ed Kröger and the Bremen Philharmonic Orchestra and have been able to visit large parts of Europe as well as Cameroon and Madagascar on various musical concert tours. I studied the double bass in both jazz and classical music at the University of the Arts Bremen and the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki with Detlev Beier, Stefan Adelmann, Ville Herrala and Antti Lötjönen. I have also enjoyed private lessons with great musicians such as Larry Grenadier, Marc Muellbauer, Ruud Ouwehand, Jussi Kannaste, Sebastian Gramss and many others.
